If you wish to change the permission type of a user, please follow the steps below.

  1. Sign into your Gustav account. Forgot your password? Here is how to reset your password.

  2. Click on your profile picture or initials which appear on the bottom-left corner of the page.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Click on the Users tab.

Next, select the user you wish to change the permission for and navigate to the dropdown selection to choose an option. A user can be owner, admin or member.

  • Owner: integration settings, submission properties, user management (up to Owner level), edit company profile, manage jobs, manage end clients, manage vendors (circles etc.)

  • Admin: user management (up to Admin level), edit company profile, manage jobs, manage end clients, manage vendors (circles etc.)
