If you wish to schedule an interview with a candidate and notify your vendor partner about the interview please follow this steps:

Step 1, open your Bullhorn S-release account and navigate to the job which has the candidate you wish to schedule an interview with:

Step 2, navigate to and open the Gustav tab:

Step 3, choose the candidate you wish to interview and drag the candidate card into the interview column. A message window will automatically open from which you will be able to notify your vendor partner about the interview and indicate available times.

If you wish to schedule times or notify the vendor at a later point in time simply press the "send later" button:

Another option to schedule interview times is to use the messenger feature on the candidate card to get in touch with your vendor partner. Learn more about how to contact your vendor partner in this article.
