3 different job categories are available in Gustav.


โ€‹Contract: Standard contract jobs with an hourly bill rate. Typically on a Corp 2 Corp basis.

Referral: These jobs require the candidate to be on the prime vendorโ€™s W-2. An hourly referral fee is paid for the duration of the employment to the vendor partner that provided the candidate.

Direct hire: These are traditional permanent jobs. A one time percentage of the annual gross salary is paid to the vendor partner for a successful placement.
