In the unpleasant case of one or several vendors giving you problems, you will now have the option to block them and prevent interactions with them on Gustav. We hope you never have to use this feature, but if you have to, here is how ?
First, go to the company profile of the vendor you wish to block, either by using the vendor hub, or through the manage partners tab in case it is one of your current contacts.
Now, you can click on the vendor tag next to their name for the block option to pop up.
You will then be prompted with a confirmation window and an optional reason text box.
You will be able to manage your blocked vendors from the Blocked vendors section of the Your network tab. Here you can unblock vendors aswell as view and edit the block reason.
Also, anyone from your company will be able to view that the vendor is blocked, as well as the reason if they go to their company profie.
