To get started with Gustav you will first need create a list of Followers or companies that you follow.

Attention, please make sure that your company profile is 100% completed before you start connecting with your partners. This article show you how to complete your company profile.

Remember: Gustav is not an open marketplace. You first need to connect with partners in order to share or view jobs. If you don't have followers or companies that you follow you will not see any activity on your Gustav account.

Followers: Partners that are following you and are able to submit candidates to jobs that you have shared with them.

Following: Those are partners that you follow. You can see their jobs on the Marketplace and submit your candidates to them.

​There are 3 ways to connect with partners on Gustav:

First, navigate to the Your network ? Manage partners ? Followers section and press the "+ Invite vendor" button on the top right of the screen:

Next, request to follow you or to follow them and enter your partner's contact details such as the Company Name, First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone number and press the green "Send request" button.

Your partner will receive an invitation via email to claim their account. As soon as your partner claimed their account you will find them on your Follower or Following list.

The vendor hub is a public directory of companies that are already on Gustav and have opted in to be discovered by new partners.

Find the vendor hub under your Network section and search partners by Name, Location, and specializations:

To connect with a new partner through the vendor hub click on their company name to access their company profile. Press the "Request as vendor partner" button on the top right of the screen:

Send a request to Follow you and/or Follow them:

You will find all your pending partner requests in the "Partner requests" section. As soon as a partner accepted the request you will find them under your Followers or Following list.

The third option to connect with partners on Gustav is to receive an invite from one of your partners.

Find all of your pending partner requests under "received requests" in the Partner request section:

To accept a request press the "View request" button and complete the request.

As soon as you have all your partners setup, you are good to go!
