Set which fields will show up for your vendors when submitting candidates to your jobs.

First, navigate to your Settings section and press the "Submission properties" item from the options on the left of your screen:

Here you will be able to select what fields will be available to vendors when they submit candidates to your jobs. You can also make some of these fields required in order for the vendor to submit the candidate.

Changing the settings on the Main Information section will allow you to:

  • Add note: Will allow the vendor to add a note or coment regarding the submition.

  • Pay rate: The vendor will be able to enter a pay rate for the submition (Hidden on direct hire jobs).

  • Payment interval: This gives the vendor the ability to enter how often the candidate will get paid (Only visible for contract jobs).

Then we have the Candidate contact & social profiles options and they will:

  • Phone number: Request that the vendor inputs a phone number.

  • Skype ID: Request that the vendor provides a Skype ID

  • Linkeding Profile: Request that the vendor provides a Linekdin profile.

You are also able to change the follwoing settings within the Employment info section:

  • Who is the candidate?s employer: Let's you change the visibility of the candidates's employer (Only visible on contract jobs if employment type C2C is selected)

  • Additional layers (if any): Allows you to describe any additional layers between you and the candidate?s employer. (Only visible on contract jobs if employment type C2C is selected)

  • Billing with candidate?s employer: State how many resources does the company currently have billing with the candidate's employer. (Only visible on contract jobs if employment type C2C is selected)

  • Visa status (expiration): Provide the expiration date of the candidate's Visa (Only visible to vendors when they select that the candidate has a visa)

  • Who holds the candidate?s H-1B: Enter if there are any additional employment / partner layers (Only visible on contract jobs if work permit type H-1B is selected)

In the Additional info section you have the option of requesting a few optional details from the candidates which are:

  • Date of birth

  • Last 4 digits of social security number

  • Current employment status

  • Reason for being available

  • Availability to start

  • Availability for interview

You can also request some Location info with self explanatory settings:

  • Willingness to relocate

  • Which locations are acceptable to relocate to?

Finally, using the File upload field you can ask for some additional documents from the candidate like:

  • Copy of photo ID

  • Copy of candidate visa (Only visible to vendors when they select that the candidate has a visa)

  • Copy of green card (This will only be visible if green card is selected as the type of work permit)
