How to add your candidates to the Hotlist?

This article shows you how to list your available candidates on the Hotlist.

First, navigate to the Hotlist section on the left-hand side in the navigation bar.

Next, press the โ€œAdd candidate to the Hotlistโ€ button on the top right corner of your screen:

A panel will open where you will be able to upload the resume of one or several candidates. We will parse the candidate's resume and automatically prefill information like skills and work experience.

Next, check if all the parsed information is correct. Remember, the more information you can provide upfront the fewer back and forth email conversations and calls you will encounter. More information on candidate profiles increase your chances of getting faster and more suitable client requests:

Finally, you can select to whom the candidate will be visible. You have the option to share your candidate on the Global Hotlist or select communities like ITServe Alliance. When selecting a community only members from that community will be able to view and request candidates from you.

You will find an overview of all your active candidates under your Available candidates "Active" section. Candidates will be listed on the Hotlist for 14 days. We send you a reminder email the day before the candidate is deactivated. You can then extend the candidate listing for another 14 days.
