On your Dashboard, you will find 2 options to create a new list. A button on the left hand side in the navigation bar and another button at the center of the screen.

How many shared lists can I create?
There is no limit at the moment. You can create unlimited shared lists.
How can I add candidates to my shared list?
Simply drag and drop the candidate's CV into your list or connect your ATS to import CV directly from your candidate database. Read this article to learn more about adding candidates to your lists.
Can I edit the candidate's profile after I uploaded a CV?
Yes, you can edit the candidate's profile to adjust the parsed data and add additional information such as availability, relocation options, or add a recruiter note. Read this article and learn how to edit a candidate.
How many candidates can I add to my lists?
You can upload 50 candidates per day and 300 candidates per week to your Candidately workspace. If you would like to increase the candidate upload limits, please contact our team at [email protected]
How can I delete a candidate from a list?
To delete a candidate click on the "More" button on the candidate card.
Warning: deleting a candidate cannot be undone!
Deletes the candidate from a list
Removes all sent/received messages for a candidate
All CV requests are deleted for this candidate

How can I share a list with my client?
There are 2 options to share lists with your clients. Invite your client via email to your shared list or share your public link. Read this article to learn how to share your lists.
How can I delete a list?
To delete a list click on the "More" button on the top right corner.
Warning: deleting lists cannot be undone!

Can I deactivate or pause a list?
To deactivate/pause a list, click on the "Pause" button on the top right corner. The shared link will be deactivated and your clients will no longer have access to your shared list. Read this article to learn more about deleting or pausing lists.
Do I need to share a link with my client again after adding additional candidates to an existing list?
No, you can simply add new candidates and the data will automatically update for your client after refreshing the page.
Can my clients download a candidate's resume?
Yes, your clients have the option to preview and/or download the candidate's resume from your shared lists. Learn more about your client's experience here.
Can I add custom branding to my profile?
Yes, you can add your logo, a custom header picture, a favicon and host lists on your own URL.
Can I host a shared list on my own URL?
Yes, you can host shared lists on your own URL. Simply pick a sub-domain (for example: candidates.yourstaffingfirm.com) and our team will help you to set it up. Read this article and learn how to set up your custom domain.
Do my clients get notifications when I send them a list?
