First, navigate to your Settings section and press the "Job settings" item from the options on the left of your screen:

Here you will be able to select what fields will be available to you when posting jobs in Gustav.

The General settings section will allow you to:

  • # of vacancies / shifts available: Choose wether you want to show number of vacancies or number of shifts available on your job post.

  • Display "# candidates submitted" on job to all vendors: This shows all your vendors the # of "active" and "declined" candidates on the job post.

Then we have the Default property settings options which are:

  • RATE OPEN: Display "RATE OPEN - give us your best rate" as the default bill rate selection on contract type jobs.

  • End clients: Display end clients of a job to vendors.

  • Assigned recruiters: Display recruiters assigned to a job to vendors.

  • Default work permits: This defines which employment authorization (visas) are accepted on a job.

  • Referral fee jobs - Calculate "Referral fee ($)": Automatically pre-fill the "Referral fee ($)" as a percentage of the "Pay rate" (the rate that you will pay to the candidate).

You can even add a Master Service Agreement and, if you are a premium member, you'll also be able to Customize your candidate tracking pipeline through our Candidate stages feature
