If the opportunity is a W-2 temporary and 1099 temporary position, the split payment is handled, paid out, and tracked through the normal People 2.0 Recruiter Portal workflow.

If the placement is a direct-hire and the candidate-side recruiter does not receive payment per the terms of the agreement, they should contact People 2.0.

Our staff has access to all Teaming Zone placements and will follow up with the opportunity-side recruiter. Should a recruiter not comply with the Terms and Conditions requiring proper payment of agreed-upon splits, they could lose their access privileges to the Teaming Zone.
