The type of employment on the opportunity determines the next steps:

W-2 temporary and 1099 temporary employment opportunities:

The recruiter who owns the opportunity will create an Assignment Request via the People 2.0 Recruiter Portal and indicate the split percentage in the “External Split” field. The Assignment Request will be processed by your People 2.0 account representative using our standard process. Employee onboarding, weekly payroll, invoicing and recruiter profit will follow the same workflow as your normal placements with People 2.0.

Direct hire opportunities:

Direct hire invoicing and split payouts are handled by the opportunity-side recruiter. That recruiter will bill the client using their normal workflow and send the agreed-upon split fee directly to the candidate-side recruiter.
